Rental terms and conditionsFrequently asked questions
Do I have to come to Parma to collect the car?
No. VentiRent is based in Parma and delivers across Central and Northern Italy: to your home, your hotel, the airport or the venue. Pick-up at our Parma base is free; delivery and collection anywhere else are quoted by distance
What is the shortest rental you offer?
One day for the Ferrari Roma and Porsche 718 Spyder, 2 days for the other models. From there: a weekend, a week or longer. The more days you take, the lower the daily rate
How much does it cost to rent one of these cars?
It depends on the car, the dates and the mileage. The Ferrari Roma starts at €700 per day and the Porsche 718 Spyder at €450. Both rates are based on a seven-day rental, so a weekend costs more per day. Delivery and collection are quoted separately. We send you a written quote with every item on it
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, payable before delivery. The amount depends on the car and is stated in your quote and in the contract. We release it once the car is back and has been checked
How do I book, and when do I pay?
Message us on WhatsApp or use the form, with the car, the dates and the place. We reply with a quote; the dates are held by a first payment and our written confirmation. The balance is due at least 7 days before delivery, by credit card or bank transfer in the driver's name
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, with a charge on the rental price that depends on your notice: 30% from 30 days before or more, 40% from 29 to 14 days, 50% from 13 to 7, 70% from 6 to 3, 100% under 3 days or if you don't show up. We deduct it from what you have already paid. On a few dates in very high demand we may set different terms, always written into the quote before you confirm
How many kilometres are included?
150 per day. If you expect to cover more, we will offer you a mileage package with the quote: it costs less than paying per kilometre when the car comes back
Who is allowed to drive the car?
You, or someone you trust, named together with us in the contract. You need to be at least 25, hold a licence for at least 5 years that is valid for driving in Italy, show an identity document, and pay by credit card or bank transfer in the driver's name. If your licence was issued outside the European Union, write to us before booking: whether we can accept it depends on the country of issue
Can I rent a car for a wedding?
Yes, for the wedding day or the whole weekend. You drive, or someone you trust named in the contract: we rent self-drive only and do not offer a chauffeur service. Write to us with the date. Saturdays in the good season go quickly
Do you also have SUVs and vans?
Yes. As well as sports cars and grand tourers like the Ferrari Roma and the Porsche 718 Spyder, we have supercars, SUVs, ultra luxury cars and vans for travelling as a group. You can see them all on the Cars page. Looking for a model you can't find? Write to us
Can I use the car for a photo shoot or a video?
Yes. Write to us describing the project, the days and the location, and we will prepare a dedicated quote
Is the car insured?
Yes, with the compulsory third-party liability cover. Any further cover and the excess you are liable for are stated in your quote and in the contract, before you sign. The detail is in our rental terms and conditions
