Privacy notice

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

Data you give us by filling in the request form: full name, phone, email, place and dates of the rental you are asking about, and any notes.
Data you give us by writing to us on WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of your messages.
A source identifier (for example «imp1»), showing which advertising material brought you here. It does not identify you personally.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

To answer your request and prepare a quote — pre-contractual measures taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To send you commercial communications — only if you ticked the optional box: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Legal, accounting and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. How long we keep it

Data from requests that do not lead to a rental is kept for 24 months. Data relating to rentals actually concluded is kept for as long as required by contractual, tax and insurance obligations. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn.

5. Who it may be shared with

Your data is neither disclosed publicly nor sold. It may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors: the website hosting provider, the email service provider, our accountant and, where applicable, the insurance company. If you write on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on the platform of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., subject to its own privacy notice.

We do not use profiling cookies and we do not carry out behavioural advertising. The typefaces are hosted directly on this website: displaying them involves no transfer of data to third-party services.

a) Technical tools — no consent required

To remember, during your visit, which advertising material brought you here, we use a technical browser store (sessionStorage), which is cleared when you close the tab. A second technical store (localStorage, entry vr_consenso) keeps your choice on the cookie banner for 6 months, so that we do not ask you again at every visit. Both are necessary for the service to work and require no consent.

b) Statistical cookies — only with your consent

If you consent through the banner, we activate Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and understand which advertising material brings traffic. Until you consent, Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. You may refuse, and the site works exactly the same.

Google Analytics 4 does not record the full IP address: the IP is truncated before being stored and cannot be used to identify you. We have disabled data sharing with Google for advertising purposes and ad personalisation.

You can change your mind at any time, without giving a reason, through the «Cookie preferences» link in the footer of every page, or from here: change or withdraw your consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

If you consent to statistical cookies, Google Analytics may involve a transfer of data to the United States. Google LLC adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023, which constitutes the legal basis for the transfer; in addition, Google applies the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission.

Other suppliers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision, the Standard Contractual Clauses, or another appropriate safeguard provided for under Chapter V of the GDPR.

8. Your rights

At any time you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. You may withdraw consent where it has been given. Write to info@ventirent.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

9. Whether providing data is mandatory

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary for us to reply to you: without it we cannot prepare a quote. Providing data for marketing purposes is optional.
